How to apply
An application is only possible via the ProtAIomics online application form.
Candidates must complete the following sections:

· Contact details of 2 referees
Applications
Applications must be in English. Applicants may indicate 3 research projects which they would like to work on, ranking them in order of preference.
Applicants should be aware that referees will be automatically contacted after submission and receive a questionnaire.Candidates should ensure that referees answer the questionnaire. Candidates must provide all information before the deadline (30th of November 2025).

Re-opened Call – Project 12: Enhancing Spectrum Clarity: A Neural Network Approach for Signal-Noise Discrimination in DIA MS2 Data
Applications must be submitted in English. Applicants shall indicate one preference only, corresponding to Project 12: Enhancing Spectrum Clarity: A Neural Network Approach for Signal-Noise Discrimination in DIA MS2 Data. Only applications selecting this project will be retained for further evaluation.
The deadline for submission is 16 January 2026.
Applicants should be aware that referees will be automatically contacted after submission and will receive a questionnaire. Project-specific requirements

Applicants must check the project descriptions of the positions they select and consult any linked institutional guidelines where applicable.
Research Projects
Start
Depending on the hosting institute, individual projects start between March and September 2026.
Duration
The positions are fully funded for 36 months by the European Commission under the Horizon Europe Marie Curie Doctoral Networks (DN) Programme.
Salary
Marie Curie DNs provide a highly competitive salary to the Doctoral Candidates (DCs), including a competitive monthly living and mobility allowance and (if eligible) a monthly family allowance
