ProtAIomics first Summer School
Hosted by the University of Cambridge, this 5-day summer school introduces DCs to practical proteomics bioinformatics—covering MS fundamentals, search engines and post-processing, quantitative workflows, data repositories, and the use of public databases for protein analysis and pathway/context annotation—paired with training in Open Science, FAIR data and data management planning, and interactive case-based sessions on research integrity (data/reproducibility, image integrity, statistics, authorship, and corrections). The program also launches each fellow’s Personal Career Development Plan (PCDP) and good practice in translational research, ensuring participants leave with hands-on analytical skills, a robust approach to responsible and open data stewardship, and a clear career development framework.
