This intensive Bio-Business School equips DCs with an entrepreneurial mindset and practical tools to lead innovation. Through team-based projects, participants turn research-aligned ideas into viable ventures using best-practice startup frameworks—lean startup methods and the Business Model Canvas—while exploring customer discovery, problem–solution fit, value propositions, routes to market, and basic IP/translation considerations. The programme culminates in a structured concept pitch with feedback, preparing DCs to navigate and support innovation across academia, biotech, and industry.
